These Terms and Conditions tell you the rights and obligations you have. You may have other rights granted by law and our Terms and Conditions do not affect these.

1. The Contract


No contract exists between you and the Supplier for the sale of any goods until the Supplier has received and accepted your order.

An acceptance of your offer to buy the goods will be sent shortly after your order. However, we do have the right to terminate the contract in the event that the goods are unavailable, incorrectly priced or cleared funds are not received.

The contract is subject to your right of cancellation (see below).

The Supplier may change these terms and conditions of sale without notice to you in relation to future sales.


2. Description and price of the goods

The description and price of the goods you order will be as shown on the Supplier’s website at the time you place your order. (From time to time pricing errors can occur - you will be contacted if this is the case).

All our prices include all applicable UK taxes, and are in Pounds Sterling (£).

The goods are subject to availability. If after acceptance of the order the Supplier discovers within 7 days that the goods will be unavailable for longer than 28 days we may terminate the contract and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.

Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on the Supplier’s website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found within 14 days of accepting your order, the Supplier will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling your order. If the Supplier does not receive an order confirmation within 14 days of informing you of the error, the order will be cancelled automatically. If you cancel the order, or if the order is cancelled automatically due to the expiry of the 14 day period, the Supplier will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.

All colours, sizes, quantities, specifications and descriptions shown on this website are supplied in good faith but without warranty. Certain images are provided for illustration purposes only. All links to manufacturers websites are for information purposes only and U.K. supplied contents may vary. All items sold as R.T.R (Ready to Run) may still require completing and additional items that are not supplied before it is ready to use.


3. Payment

Payment for the goods can be made by any method shown on the Supplier’s website at the time you place your order. Cleared payment shall be due before the delivery of the goods.

Payment is taken via PayPal payment gateway. You do not need a PayPal account to use this service.

Full payment (including any special order and out of stock items) is taken at the time of checkout.


4. Deliveries

The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order. Once the order has left us for delivery, we cannot change this address.

UK Main Land orders placed on line, over £69.99 will be shipped free of charge (surcharges may apply, see below) any orders below this will be charged at a rate of £3.50.

Some orders may be subject to a surcharge when large, heavy or hazardous products are purchased, or if being sent outside of the mainland UK.

Please contact us for overseas shipping options and costs.

We are unable to ship fuel, aerosols and other prohibited items overseas.

If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons under the Supplier’s control the Supplier will inform you as soon as possible.

If you deliberately fail to take delivery of the goods (otherwise than by reason of circumstances under control of the Supplier) then without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to the Supplier, the Supplier may store the goods until actual delivery and charge you for reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage.

If you fail to take delivery because you have cancelled your contract under the Distance Selling Regulations the Supplier shall refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. On exercising your right to cancel you shall be required to return the goods to the Supplier. Should you fail to return the goods, the Supplier reserves the right to deduct any direct costs incurred by the Supplier in retrieving the goods as a result of such failure.

Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. All delivery times quoted are for working days which exclude Saturday, Sunday and any Public Holidays. However, the Supplier will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, the Supplier will inform you as soon as possible.

If a package has been returned to us because the couriers were unable to deliver it to you, we will attempt to contact you to establish a convenient re-dispatching date. Unfortunately we have to recharge you the shipping fee, (orders which had free delivery will now be charged for re delivery) as we get charged for returned parcels.


5. Risk / Title

The goods are at your risk from the time of delivery.

Ownership of the goods shall not pass to you until the Supplier has received in full (in cash or cleared funds) all sums due to it in respect of, the goods, and, all other sums which are or which become due to the Supplier from you on any account.

The Supplier shall be entitled to recover payment for the goods even though ownership of any of the goods has not passed from the Supplier.


6. Your right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of 7 working days after you receive the goods (see below).

This does not apply to Special Orders or customised items. If in any doubt what these items are, contact us first before placing the order.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to the Supplier by post or the Contact Us section of our website, giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery. Notification by telephone is not sufficient.

Except in the case of faulty goods, if you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to the Supplier at your own cost. The goods must be returned to the address shown on our website. You must take all reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. All items must be received back in the original condition as supplied with all seals/shrink wrap intact and in unused condition. In the case of faulty goods we shall, after receiving notification, either collect the goods or ask you to return the goods yourself. We will only refund postage on faulty goods returned to us, we will only refund standard postal chargers (i.e. not special delivery, or next working day services).

Once you have notified the Supplier that you are cancelling the contract, the Supplier will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.

If items have been correctly supplied and are not faulty a re-stocking/handling fee of 15% will be deducted from the refund total. Where goods are supplied and include delivery free of charge, that are later returned for credit or refund, we reserve the right to deduct our costs from the refund total.

Except in the case of faulty goods, if you do not return the goods as required, the Supplier may charge you not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm


7. Returns/ Damaged and Missing Items

If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery, or any parts are missing you should notify the Supplier in writing via the notes section of the website within 7 days of taking delivery of the goods. Notification by telephone is not sufficient.

Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 7 working days starting with the day after the delivery date, accompanied by the delivery note.

All refunds require that the item be returned in the original packaging, with all pieces and in original condition. Opened packages may only be exchanged for an identical product, if faulty. Refunds will be applied to the credit card that was used to purchase the item.

For in store returns, the following also applies:

When you return an entire order you will be refunded the price of the item paid at the time of purchase. When you return less than the entire order you will be refunded just the price of the items returned.

To ensure that your refund is processed as quickly as possible, please do the following when packing and sending your product:

Send the product in its original packaging.

Please pack the product so that it will not be damaged during the return shipping process. Include a copy of the delivery note. If for some reason you do not have this, please include your name, address, phone number, order number.

You must return the goods to us at your cost. We advise you the goods are insured during any return journey that you organise. We will only refund postage on faulty goods returned to us, we will only refund standard postal chargers (i.e. not special delivery, or next working day services)

In all cases contact us before you return any goods.


8. Warranty

All goods supplied by the Supplier are warranted free from defects for 12 months from the date of supply (unless otherwise stated via the website or manufacturer). This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the Supplier, failure to follow the Supplier’s instructions.

We reserve the right to have any items returned as faulty assessed by the manufacturer/distributor before issuing a replacement – any item returned as faulty that is found to have no fault may incur a handling charge.


9. Privacy of Personal Information/ Privacy Policy

We believe it is important that you are able to shop in complete confidence, in the knowledge that the information you supply to us is kept secure at all times.

In order to fulfil any order, we ask you for certain personal information, such as your name, address, contact details, email address and payment details.

All personal information provided by yourself is only used in the processing of your order, this includes passing your details on to couriers.

You may receive special offers and promotional mail from us only; your information will not be passed to any other third parties.

In addition, like most other e-commerce web sites, our site uses "cookies". These are small files placed in your browser to keep track of your time spent on our site. The text in a cookie, by itself, only tells us that you have visited our site before. A cookie generated by our site contains no information about you and does not gather information from your computer about you.


10. Copyright

All content included on the website is the property of Future World Models and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws. You may not extract and/or re-utilise parts of the contents of the website without Future World Models express written consent. Future World Models respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work or images owned by you have been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify us.


11. English Law

These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subject to English law and the English courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract, save that consumers resident in Scotland shall have the right to insist upon these terms being construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland and to submit to the jurisdiction of Scottish courts.
