Simply browse or search to the product you wish to purchase, find the pack product that matches your requirement, adjust the quantity to the numbers you require, and then click on the 'add' button to add this item to the shopping basket. Once you have selected all the items you require proceed to the checkout where you will be asked to provide delivery details before being forwarded to a secure server where your credit card details will be taken. | | Website mail orders are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Telephone mail orders are taken, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Fridays 9.30am~5pm. Thursdays 9.30am ~8.00pm. Saturdays 9.30am~4pm. Sundays 10.30am~4.00pm
Stock permitting we aim to get all orders received by 3.30pm out on the same day (this excludes Saturday, Sundays and public bank holidays)

We can also be found trackside at local RC car race meetings, including the Nene Valley Race Way, and Beds RCMCC
| | We accept all major Credit Cards, including; Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Solo, Electron and PayPal. | | Yes. All our prices included VAT at the current UK rate.
| | We can ship any items apart from Fuel and Aerosols to Europe. If you wish to place an order to a European country apart from the United Kingdom, please contact us first. Our website will only accept orders that are to be sent to the United Kingdom. Unfortunately we can not send any items to the USA. | | UK Orders with a value of up to £49.99 will be charged £2.50
UK Orders with a value of between £50.00 and £99.99 will be charged £3.50
UK Main Land orders £100.00 or over with be shipped free of charge*
*Surcharges apply to orders £100.00 or over that are not being sent to the UK Main Land (e.g. Northern Ireland, Island of Weight, Scottish Highlands, Island of Man etc. Please see our Terms for information on these areas and prices. | | We use two methods for shipping orders; this is dependent on weight, value, and the destination of the order. Smaller items are usually sent with the Royal Mail, larger heaver items with a private courier company. In all cases your order will need to be signed for.
| | 'ON ORDER' this generally means that this is a stock item, but that is on order with our supplier. You can still order this item, and it will be sent as soon as it becomes available. Please note that full payment will be taken at the check out stage of your order.
'AVAILABLE TO ORDER' this is an item that we do not keep in stock, and will need to be ordered from our supplier. Generally these items will take an extra 2~5 working days to arrive to our warehouse. If we discover that the item is out of stock with our supplier, or take longer than 2~5 working days to reach us, we will contact you as soon as possible, to see if you wish to keep the item on order or be refunded for that item. Please note that full payment will be taken at the checkout stage of your order. Available to order items are classed as special order, we can only offer refunds if the item is unavailable from our suppliers at the time of order, faulty or the wrong product has been sent.
