1. What are your opening times?

Website orders are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Telephone orders are taken, Monday~Fridays 9.30am~5pm. We are closed weekends and public bank holidays.

Stock permitting we aim to get all orders received by 1.00pm out on the same day (this excludes Saturday, Sundays and public bank holidays)

We can also be found trackside at local RC car race meetings, including the Nene Valley Race Way, and Beds RCMCC

2. Is it easy to buy online from Future World Models.com?

Yes. Simply browse or search to the product you wish to purchase, find the pack product that matches your requirement, adjust the quantity to the numbers you require, and then click on the 'add' button to add this item to the shopping basket. Once you have selected all the items you require proceed to the checkout where you will be asked to provide delivery details before being forwarded to a secure server where your credit card details will be taken. It's that easy!

4. Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept all major Credit Cards, including; Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, and PayPal.

5. Do your prices include VAT?

Yes. All our prices included VAT at the current UK rate. Our VAT Number is: GB 945029813

6. Do you ship outside of the UK?

We can ship any items apart from Fuel and Aerosols to Europe. If you wish to place an order to a European country apart from the United Kingdom, please contact us first. Our website will only accept orders that are to be sent to the United Kingdom. Unfortunately we can not send any items to the USA.

7. How much does UK shipping cost?

UK Orders with a value of up to £59.99 will be charged £3.00

UK Main Land orders £60.00 or over with be shipped free of charge*

*Surcharges may apply to orders £60.00 or over that are not being sent to the UK Main Land (e.g. Northern Ireland, Island of Weight, Scottish Highlands, Island of Man etc. Please see our Terms for information on these areas and prices.

8. How do you ship my items?

We use two methods for shipping orders; this is dependent on weight, value, and the destination of the order. Smaller items are usually sent with the Royal Mail, larger heaver items with a private courier company.
